Quick Summary
The AquaQuest Pharaoh is a bivy sack with a waterproof outer shell for a sleeping bag and pad. It is presented as a minimalist shelter in olive drab, with an elasticated drawstring hood and zipper access on both sides.
For buyers, the most important checks are the stated fit, the waterproof and moisture-vapor ratings, and the packed size if storage space matters. The integrated stuff-sack is part of the product configuration.

What to Compare Before Buying
- Fit: The stated length limit is up to 6’6". Compare that against the sleeping setup and the amount of room you want inside the shelter.
- Weather protection: The waterproof rating is 10,000 mm. If weather resistance matters, compare that figure with your planned conditions.
- Breathability: The moisture vapor transmission rating is 10,000 g/m2/day. Compare breathability if condensation management matters to you.
- Packed size: The built-in stuff sack measures 9 in long by 5 in diameter. Check that against the storage space you have.
- Access: Side zipper access is listed on both sides. Make sure that layout matches how you plan to get in and out.
What Else You May Need
This bivy sack is made to envelope a sleeping bag and pad, so those items are the core setup to confirm before you buy. Check that your sleeping bag and pad match the room and access you want from this shelter.
Before You Decide
Confirm the fit, the waterproof rating, the packed size, and whether the sleeping bag and pad you already own work with the shelter layout. If the length limit or side-entry access does not match your setup, a different bivy shape or size may be a better choice.
