Quick Summary
The Metolius Astro Nut 3 is a climbing nut with a color-coded design for easier identification. It is a single nut rather than a full set, so the exact size and placement need to match the intended rack setup.
What to Compare Before Buying
- Size: This is the No. 3 size in the Astro Nut line, so compare it with the size you need for your rack.
- Color coding: The nut is color coded, which helps distinguish it from other pieces when organizing gear.
- Material details: The head material is silicon-bronze, which is a specific product fact to check if that matters to your gear preference.
Before You Decide
Confirm the No. 3 size matches the piece you want and make sure you are comparing the correct individual nut, not a different size in the same line. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and your normal climbing safety checks before use.
