What to Compare Before Buying
Check that the 6-inch cord length and 1-inch ball suit the grommets, loops, or frames in your setup. For cargo or other load-bearing use, check the rated capacity for the exact cord; its length and ball size alone do not establish a load limit.
Setup and Correct Use
For a tarp with a grommet, pass the cord through the grommet, wrap the loop around the frame, then slip the ball through the loop.
The description also explains how to join two cords to extend their reach: lay them horizontally with the balls at the ends rather than the center, loop them through each other, and pull tight.
Before You Decide
Confirm the quantity, listed cord length, ball size, and fit for your intended attachment points. Check the exact cord’s rated capacity when selecting it for a load.
