Quick Summary
The Poudee 12 lb weighted vest is a body weight vest for training, running, jogging, walking, and other workouts named in the product copy. It is described as adjustable and includes a reflective stripe. The weight is stated as 12 lb, so this version is best suited to buyers who want that specific load rather than a different vest weight.
The product copy also says the vest is evenly filled with iron sand. If the fill material or fit is important for your choice, confirm the exact offer details before buying.
