Quick Summary

The Harken 40mm Carbo Cheek Block, Part 2644, is a sailing block intended for trimming. It is described as a compact companion to Harken’s Black Magic block line, but that wording alone does not establish fit with a particular setup.

What to Compare Before Buying

  • Confirm what the 40mm designation refers to in the exact specifications and whether it matches your intended setup.
  • Check the mounting dimensions and rated working load against your application.
  • Use part number 2644 to distinguish this block from other variants, and verify line compatibility for your arrangement.

Before You Decide

Confirm the part number, relevant dimensions and rated working load before choosing this block. Do not rely on its association with the Black Magic line as proof of compatibility.
