Key Features Explained
The stated cover dimensions and saddle-fit range are different measurements: the cover is 12 inches wide, while the listed saddle width range is 10.01 to 11.5 inches. Compare your saddle with the stated fit range rather than relying on the cover dimensions alone.
The sleeve and drawstring are the listed attachment method. The Lycra surface and central air channel are construction details; they do not specify a particular level of airflow or moisture control.
Compatibility, Size and Fit
The cover is listed for indoor stationary bikes, including Peloton, and for city, mountain, road and beach cruiser bikes. Fit depends on saddle dimensions: the saddle should be 10.01 to 11.5 inches wide and no longer than 12.2 inches. Measure before ordering, including on a bike in one of the listed categories.
Setup and Correct Use
Slide the cover over the bicycle saddle, pull the elastic fixing sleeve over it, then tighten the drawstring. The source describes this as the installation method and says external straps are not needed.
What to Compare Before Buying
- Measure saddle width and length against the stated fit range.
- Check the listed cover dimensions of 12.2 x 12 x 1.38 inches against the saddle shape.
- Confirm that the listed sleeve-and-drawstring attachment suits your saddle.
Before You Decide
Confirm saddle width and length first, then check that the cover dimensions and attachment method fit your bicycle seat.
